CW Trainer in 4 CC:
When I decided to create Q-Bot I wanted to make a device that could help all those who want to approach the world of CW. The idea made from the need to have a very small stand-alone object, with integrated battery, a good autonomy (more than a week) and that could be associated with any paddle.
As a good Italian I wasn’t satisfied with a Chinese aluminum cabinet but I wanted to create something aesthetically appealing and functional in just 4 cubic centimeters !!
IT IS NOT A KEYER AND IT DOES NOT CONNECT TO YOUR RTX, its purpose is to prepare you to use your rtx in CW !!
In fact, when you turn on Q-Bot by holding down the two pads , the system enters in command mode and waits for you from a letter corresponding to a command (the menu is described on the PDF) but if you send a letter T then enter training mode and starts sending groups of 5 characters on the display and in audio (if you also want alphanumeric) that will wait for your repetition with the paddle, at each error the system will start again from the beginning and repeat the quintet until your correct execution.
A nice companion for those who start this journey but can also become a part of your radio shack.
